Data we process and why

• When you call or email us, we process your contact details and message to answer your enquiry or arrange an appointment. The basis is steps you ask us to take before a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering a general enquiry.
• When you choose the online booking form, Lime Booking receives the information you enter to arrange an appointment. We process booking data necessary for the contract or pre-contractual steps you request.
• We display a rating and selected public Google reviews. We obtain reviewer name, review text, date and links through the Google Places API to show our current public reputation. This relies on our legitimate interest, subject to your right to object.
• Hosting and essential security logs may process technical information needed to run and protect the website. This relies on our legitimate interest in security and site administration.
• Vercel Analytics loads only if you enable it in the settings. It relies on your consent.

Recipients and third-party services

We use providers for hosting, Vercel Analytics, Google Places/Google Maps and Lime Booking. Google Maps, Google reviews and the Lime Booking form load when you visit the relevant page. Lime Booking processes form data under its own terms and privacy information.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Confirm each provider's role, location and applicable safeguards in that provider's information; you may ask us for further information.

Retention

We keep enquiries and communications only as long as needed to respond, manage an appointment, meet legal obligations or defend legal claims. We refresh public review information regularly and do not use it for profiling. Lime Booking sets its own retention period.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it.

If you believe your rights have been breached, you can complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner. We do not make automated decisions or profile people with legal or similarly significant effects.

Children and updates

This website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. We will update this policy if our services or providers change.
